I love my job! I love my team i work with and my boss is just super fine! but i do feel a lack of extra creative curricular activity. I don't want to leave my job but i do need something to get my creative juices on the flow. SO i have found this site called launch initiative. each month or so depending of the complexity, you can download a design brief. from this you design your little outfits/collections based on the brief and then, if your a paid up member, you submit your designs. Then if you win, with the best designs, launch initiative makes your designs, sells them on the net and you get 10% of the profit. It is great for new labels starting up and those who are trying to see what sort of response they get from their style. I am not a paid up member yet. I have started my first brief BOHEMIAN meets BUSINESS, the submission date is closed already but i thought i would get into this and get my rusty drawing hand out.
