{RUNfortheKIDS}

as alot of my friends and family would know is that i have "signed up for" (participated in less) a few fun runs. first one came when my work organised it's debut charity fundraising run, since signing up AND participating in the geelong run i found that it was a good excuse to keep fit (running 30.16 minutes). with many attempts to have others join in the fun (with much failure) i also participated in the Williamstown run (running 29.30 minutes), then signed up for one in melbourne but decided the extreme weather was not worth the 6am wake up. the barwon river didn't see me on the morning either, instead i opted for a late night the night before. but now the next run is here. i have had little training, and with feeling wary and dehydrated from todays warm weather i am doubtful i will beat 29 minutes 30 seconds. however hard I will try!!! and i will let you know how i go.

{UPDATE}
I ran the whole course NO STOPPING! My official time was 30 minutes 20 seconds. If you actually calculate the average time that i ran i actually ran worse than the previous runs where i did stop on a couple of occasions.
Next run is next weekend but i think this one will be too much effort.
