with the ikea catalogue and map arriving and the purchase of a new sofa and a studio table i have been searching for other niceties to fill my new home... which i still do not yet have but hey, i can find a house to rent which will suit my furniture can't i?
i am in the hunt for a number of items but main on my list is the perfect coffee table to go with my new sofa. i have found some danish goodies online but worry about going danish overboard. i like mixing and matching my eras and i love anything vintage mixed with modern and new but the other half did say "hun, i like all this vintage stuff too but how about something new?" to be honest the only places i have looked and shopped have all been antique/vintage/thrift stores. i think i worried him a bit. but i'm still struggling to find anything new BUT affordable these days. even with clothes. i guess i'll just have to keep hunting.
