{moving house}

wow it's all started. 90 days settlement but there feels like there is just too much to do between now and then. somehow we are supposed to have a garage sale to sell everything from under our feet... and still live in our home. we will be making our settlement payment whilst on the relocation drive, how does this all work?... auction was the easy part. moving is going to be hard.
