my boyfriend and i have started to seriously consider moving out together. we know we have it just too good at home but after 4 and a half years we are thinking it's about time. it's not the right time to buy so plan is to rent. but we have a few wee problems which need ironing out which is finding the right place at the right time at the right cost. we are waiting till after chrissie so for now it's save save save. problem 1} is where??? as i work in geelong but want to live in melbourne so have to consider mileage. 2} i am fussy with what burb i want to call my hood, he says "it doesn't matter as long as i am living with you so is the extra 200 a week worth paying?" i say "yes" 3} rent budget, we can't agree on a price because nathan is at uni next year which means his pay will basically only cover the rent and we both ha
ve to live off mine. which brings us back to which suburb? 4} we have not 1 but 2 dogs 5} we have both never lived out of home before so we need ALL new things, we are putting the word out there to any family and friends... and strangers who have good condition items they no longer want so we wont buy anything until we have sorted out what hand-me-downs we can scrounge up. then i am sure the list of problems will only get longer as we discover the world of renting.

well since moving out is on my mind i cannot wait for the decorating to begin. i have always loved places that have "that chair" you know "that chair" which breathes character and life, that seams to tell a story of it's own, it a conversation starter and a visual of your personality.
